Job summary

Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is looking for a proactive Membership Advisor to run your own sales business backed by a national organisation trusted by UK small businesses for over 50 years. You’ll control your income, schedule, and territory, while receiving ongoing support from the FSB.

You will win new members, build a smart territory plan, and manage referrals and pipelines to close deals, with uncapped commission and monthly payments across the UK.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is helpful but not essential.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, resilience and drive.

Responsibilities

• Win new members for FSB and grow your income.
• Build and execute a smart territory plan.
• Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise earnings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, resilience and drive.
• Show willingness to learn and develop.
• Build relationships with small business decision-makers.
• Operate with a full UK driving licence.
