Job summary

The Auction Company is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our Northwich team. This role is commission-based, with earnings comprising 2% direct-to-seller instructions (£2,500 min) and 1% on estate agent referrals (£1,250 min), plus back-office support and full training.

You'll identify opportunities, speak with sellers and agents, and build a personal pipeline using direct mail, portals and your network, while representing TAC across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, property sales or related field is beneficial.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passionate about property and comfortable building relationships.
• Confident speaking with property owners and generating new business.
• Professional and able to represent The Auction Company.

Responsibilities

• Identify properties suitable for auction via direct mail, portals, social media and networks.
• Speak with sellers and agents to understand circumstances and explain how auction could help.
• Assist with central auction infrastructure once properties are instructed.
• Focus on winning instructions and building relationships.
