Job summary

The Auction Company in Blackpool, England is seeking motivated individuals to become TAC Auction Partners. You’ll identify properties suitable for auction and speak with sellers and agents to explain how auction can solve their needs.

You’ll work with central infrastructure, advertising, and back-office support to win instructions and build a strong pipeline. We provide training, AML/compliance clearance, and tools to manage leads, with uncapped earning potential and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, property sales or business development would be beneficial.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passionate about property and comfortable building relationships.
• Confident speaking with property owners and generating new business.
• Professional and capable of representing The Auction Company.
• Ambitious and prepared to build your own pipeline.
• Previous auction experience is not essential – training will be provided.
• All TAC Auction Partners must complete AML and compliance process and receive approval.

Responsibilities

• Identify properties suitable for auction through direct mail, property portals, social media, your network and estate agent relationships.
• Speak with sellers and agents, understand their circumstances and explain how auction could provide the right solution.
• The Auction Company provides the central auction infrastructure, including Rightmove advertising, legal-pack coordination and running the auction itself.
• Focus on finding opportunities, winning instructions and building relationships.

What you'll be doing
