This role offers flexible hours and uncapped earning potential backed by training and back-office support. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have a background in estate agency or business development, and are comfortable building relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, property sales or business development.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passionate about property and building relationships.
• Confident speaking with property owners and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify properties suitable for auction through direct mail, portals, social media, and network.
• Speak with sellers and agents to explain how auction provides the right solution.
• Coordinate with central auction infrastructure and marketing resources for instructions.
• Focus on finding opportunities, winning instructions and building relationships.
