Job summary

The Auction Company is recruiting for TAC Auction Partners in Manchester to drive property auction opportunities. You will identify potential auction properties, engage sellers and agents, and leverage The Auction Company's central platform and support to win instructions.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, flexible hours, and full back-office support to help you focus on winning instructions and building your own pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, property sales or related field.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Able to build and manage your own pipeline.
• Confident in speaking with property owners and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify properties suitable for auction through direct mail, property portals, social media, your network and agent relationships.
• Speak with sellers and agents to understand circumstances and explain how auction could help.
• Coordinate with TAC infrastructure for rightmove advertising, legal-pack coordination and running the auction.
• Focus on finding opportunities, winning instructions and building relationships.
