Job summary

Skin + Me is seeking a Pharmacist Prescriber to join our Prescribing Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role blends in-person work at our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) with remote days, offering autonomy and scope to influence patient care in dermatology and endocrinology.

You will be an Independent Prescriber registered with the GPhC, able to diagnose, prescribe and manage treatment plans with minimal supervision, while collaborating with our medical and customer services teams

Qualifications

• Independent prescriber registered with the GPhC.
• Experience in prescribing is advantageous but not essential.
• Autonomous working style with clear communication.
• Willingness to contribute to training and service development.
• Interest or experience in dermatology or endocrinology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage conditions within dermatology and endocrinology spaces.
• Review consultations, prescribe and manage treatment plans autonomously.
• Escalate complex cases to lead prescribers when needed.
• Handle medical queries and liaise with customer services.
• Contribute to developing the consultation service and training programs.
• Maintain prescribing safety and engage in CPD with medical peers.
