Job summary

Skin + Me is seeking a Pharmacist Prescriber for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with three days at Paddington HQ and two days remote. Independent prescriber registration with the GPhC is required, with prior prescribing experience advantageous.

You will work autonomously, delivering patient-centered care in a startup environment. Responsibilities include high-level training with dermatology/endocrinology consultants, managing treatment plans, and contributing to in-house

Qualifications

• Must be an Independent Prescriber registered with the GPhC.
• Experience prescribing is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrates humility, autonomy and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Be trained to a high level by dermatology and endocrinology consultants to diagnose and manage conditions.
• Review patient consultations, prescribe and manage treatment plans with independence.
• Act as escalation point for complex cases.
