P3 Charity is seeking a Tenancy Support Worker to provide housing-related support across our accommodation and community-based services. You will help clients build confidence, develop life skills and maintain tenancies to promote independent living.

As a keyworker, you will foster relationships, support wellbeing, and collaborate with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. A full UK driving licence and DBS check are required; the role is office-based with travel.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing-related support or tenancy support is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
