P3 Charity is recruiting a Tenancy Support Worker to provide housing-related support across our accommodation and community-based services in Chesterfield. You will help people build confidence, maintain tenancies and live as independently as possible.

The role involves acting as a keyworker, developing practical life skills, promoting wellbeing, and working with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. You will maintain accurate records and navigate IT systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in tenancy support or housing-related support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a keyworker, building positive relationships with people supported.
• Encourage wellbeing, develop life skills and promote independent living.
• Support individuals to sustain tenancies across accommodation and community services.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
