Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP is recruiting Support Workers to join services across the Gateshead and Newcastle areas, helping adults live as independently and confidently as possible.

You'll receive full training and ongoing support, and those with prior experience will have the chance to bring their skills to a role where every day is different. Duties may include personal care, medication and household tasks as required, adapting to each service's needs.

Qualifications

• Driver is beneficial but not essential
• Genuine interest in supporting people to live independently
• Ideall NVQ/RQF Level 2 or willing to work towards
• Caring, patient and positive approach
• Unrestricted UK Right to work; visa sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live independently and confidently
• Assist with daily routines, getting out and about, trying new activities and building independence
• May include personal care, medication and household tasks
