Job summary

Real Life Options in Inverurie is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help individuals with learning disabilities and other needs lead independent lives. You will assist with daily tasks, personal care, and attending appointments, while supporting participation in social activities and community events.

Full training is provided, and a driving licence with access to a vehicle is preferred. This role offers flexible shifts across a range of times and includes a rewarding benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with de-escalation techniques and Positive Behaviour Support Plans is desirable.
• Full training provided.
• Driver preferred: full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support everyday living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping.
• Provide personal care and support with medication (full training provided).
• Assist individuals at medical appointments and manage household mail.
• Encourage participation in social activities and community events.
• Promote independence and help individuals achieve personal goals.
