Job summary

Praxis Care is seeking a Support Worker to help vulnerable adults maintain independence, dignity, and community involvement. You will support daily activities, accompany appointments, and foster person-centred care in a respectful environment.

Role involves flexible hours with opportunities for full-time, part-time or relief work, based on a 39-hour full-time equivalent and pro rata adjustments. Sleep-ins may apply with additional nightly payment.

• Experience working within health and social care.
