Job summary

Praxis Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers for Omagh Supported Living Service. You will join a team delivering person-centred support that promotes independence and dignity.

You will help with daily tasks, accompany appointments, support social activities, and work with colleagues to ensure a safe, respectful environment.

We offer flexible patterns—full time, part time and relief—based on 39-hour equivalents; salaries are pro-rated and subject to disclosure checks.

Responsibilities

• Help people live independent lives and support daily tasks.
