Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Prepare and implement individual/group support programmes with Team Leaders.
• Promote a safe working and living environment and manage conflict using appropriate techniques.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered per policy where required.
• Record and log information per service reporting guidelines.
• Attend training and follow Health & Safety policies.
