Job summary

Agincare is seeking Female Support Workers in the Bordon area to help deliver person-centred outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will support individuals in their homes and communities with empathy, respect and a proactive approach.

The role requires at least 12 months experience in support work and a valid right to work for 12 months. Training, career development and pension benefits are offered, with a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging people to participate in communities and promote independence
• Support with activities of daily living including personal care, routines, meal planning and budgeting

• Record accurate health and circumstance updates for management
