• Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging people to play active roles in their communities to promote independence.
• Supporting activities of daily living including personal care, routines, meals, and budgeting.
• Communicating effectively using people’s preferred methods.
• Engaging with individuals to enhance quality of life.
• Specialising in positive behavioural support where needed.
• Recording accurate records and reporting changes to management.
• Team player, working within a team and on own initiative.
