Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking Life Practitioners for the Tigh Calman service in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assist with daily living tasks, and accompany them on community activities to promote independence.

The role involves driving responsibilities with a company vehicle and competitive starting rates. Training and progression pathways are available through our competency framework.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and helping others progress.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Resilience and willingness to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips.
• Use the company vehicle for outings and appointments per policy.
• Contribute to fostering independent living skills and meaningful activities.
