Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Calman in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assist with daily activities, and accompany them on community trips.

A company vehicle is provided for transport to activities and appointments. Starting rates are £13.12–£14.12 with progression through our competency framework to higher hourly rates.

Qualificações

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• Strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with daily activities to promote independence.
• accompany clients on trips into the community.
• Provide essential support to people with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Utilise company vehicle for transportation to activities and appointments.
