Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking Life Practitioners to support adults with learning disabilities at Tigh Calman in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and accompany individuals on community outings.

The role offers a company vehicle for activities, progression through a competency framework, and the chance to develop skills with funded training and strong welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards.

Responsabilités

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany them on trips into the community.
• Use the company vehicle for transport to activities when required.
