Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is hiring Complex Care Support Workers in Llandudno to assist a young man with a C5/C6 spinal cord injury living independently. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with daily living, mobility, catheter care, and health monitoring, while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Complex Care Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and hoisting.
• Catheter care and bowel management; health monitoring and reporting concerns.
• Support community access, social activities and independence.
