Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day support and routine care.
• Ability to promote independence.
• Experience with personal care and domestic tasks.
• Over 18 (and 21 for some roles) as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and routine for the people we support.
• Promote independence and help them live a fulfilling life.
• Assist with health care needs, including appointments and medication administration.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
