Job summary

Radius Housing is seeking a Scheme Coordinator for Maine Fold, Randalstown. The role focuses on day-to-day scheme management, helping tenants live independently and safely in their own homes while coordinating on-site housing services and social activities.

The post involves resident liaison, induction on move-in, and collaboration with external agencies to address urgent housing needs, backed by a range of on-site benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience (in last 6 years) in paid or unpaid capacity.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (incl English and Maths) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience (in last 6 years) in paid or unpaid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the scheme to support tenants.
• Liaise with statutory or voluntary agencies on behalf of residents.
• Organise social events and develop individual housing support plans.
• Ensure the physical environment is safe, clean and well maintained.
