Job summary

Radius Housing is seeking a Scheme Coordinator on a fixed-term maternity-cover basis for Springvale Fold in Belfast. The role focuses on day-to-day scheme management, supporting tenants to live independently, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.

Fixed-term contract; 36 hours per week with 23 October 2026 closing date. Applicants should have 3 years of relevant experience within the last 6 years, and at least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant

Qualifications

3 years relevant experience (in the last 6 years) in a paid or unpaid capacity.
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (at a minimum of Grade C) to include English and Maths or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience (in the last 6 years) in a paid or unpaid capacity.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the housing scheme to enable tenants to live independently and confidently in their own homes.
Coordinate on-site housing services, induction on moving in, and liaison with statutory or voluntary agencies when needed.
Arrange social events for tenants and support individual housing plans.
Oversee the physical environment within the Scheme to ensure safety, cleanliness and maintenance.
