The Guinness Partnership is recruiting an Independent Living Manager to oversee housing management services for older residents in Havant and across Hampshire. You will lead on-site teams of Independent Living Advisors, monitor performance and ensure a responsive, person-centred service.
Flexibility to travel between schemes is essential, with agile working. Interviews will be held in Havant; a basic DBS check will be paid for by the employer.
The Guinness Partnership have a new opportunity for an Independent Living Manager to manage our housing support services in Havant and across the Hampshire area.
Reporting to the Head of Independent Living, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the delivery of housing management services for older people, whilst managing a team of Independent Living Advisors working on site. You will be part of a team with other Independent Living Managers who fulfil the same role in locations across the UK.
Flexibility is key, as we require someone comfortable with agile working, able to travel between various schemes across Havant and the Hampshire area.
