Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust in York is seeking an Independent Living Assistant for New Lodge, New Earswick. This permanent full-time role (35 hours per week) offers a salary of £33,324.20 per annum and provides the chance to support residents with housing management and wellbeing in our Independent Living Schemes.

You will assist with tenancy matters, respond to enquiries, support welfare visits, and help keep schemes safe and well maintained, while building trusting relationships and enabling

Qualifications

• Experience in managing tenancies or housing management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and able to work independently with strong admin and IT skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.

• Assist residents with housing and tenancy matters.
