Zusammenfassung

Abri is seeking an Assistant Independent Living Partner to cover the Bordon area (GU35 0TX) on a temporary basis until the end of March 2027. A full driving license is essential with access to a car for travel.

You will provide housing management services for older residents and be the initial point of contact for tenancy, leasehold and scheme management within Independent Living schemes. You will also support welfare referrals, manage the social alarm system, perform health and safety checks,

Qualifikationen

• Full driving license required with use of car for travel.

Aufgaben

• Provide housing management functions in designated schemes for older people.
• Be the first point of contact for tenancy, leasehold and scheme management for customers in Independent Living schemes.
• Support customers to receive welfare contact and refer to Abri services when appropriate.
• Manage the social alarm system and complete compliance/health and safety checks.
• Collaborate to maintain resident involvement and community engagement.
