An established and fully independent financial advice practice in Walton-on-Thames is looking to expand its team by welcoming an experienced adviser to take on a portfolio of warm clients and continue the firm’s legacy of trusted, holistic financial planning.

The Opportunity:

• Hybrid working model – Split your time between home and a supportive, professional office environment.
• Existing, active client bank – Engage with clients who value the firm’s integrity and long-standing service model.
• Whole-of-market advice – Provide tailored solutions across pensions, investments, IHT, protection, and estate planning.
• No cold calling required – Focus on meaningful relationships and high-quality advice.
• Structured progression path – Ongoing development support towards Chartered status and, for the right individual, future equity/partnership options.
• Basic salary of £50,000 to £65,000, with realistic OTE of £75,000–£100,000+
