Our client, a successful wealth management firm, is looking for an Independent Financial Adviser to join the team. You will receive full paraplanning and administration support.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate to high standards within a client-centric environment, following standardized processes for advising clients and maintaining records of advice.
• Provide holistic, independent, whole-of-market advice to clients.
• Analyze clients’ circumstances and finances to establish suitable solutions for their needs.
• Ensure client outcomes adhere to company Advice Standards and Consumer Duty Policy.
• Provide clients with comprehensive verbal and documented recommendations in line with best practices.
• Maintain best practice and client outcomes.
• Keep records appropriately in line with record-keeping and file quality requirements.
• Maintain competence to provide advice through ongoing CPD activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Ideally hold SPS Statement of Professional Standing by an FCA-accredited body.
