Oakwood Capital Wealth Management Ltd is a young, dynamic & growing firm providing bespoke financial, wealth, investment, and pension advice to individuals, families, and businesses. As an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management - Oakwood Capital delivers trusted, compliant, and high‑quality financial services.

We have a fantastic opportunity to grow our business with the leads we receive from the 3 mortgage brokerages that we are partnered with (owned by one of our directors) - last month they wrote c250 new mortgage applications. There is huge scope to offer a dynamic referral process to these 50+ mortgage brokers and receive qualified leads in return!

Responsibilities

We offer our clients bespoke high quality advice on a wide range of financial services including retirement planning, investment planning, tax and estate planning and business advice. This role will include building relationships with new introducers as well as managing and developing new introducer relationships.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in providing financial and/or investment advice to clients
• Competent in building and managing stakeholder relationships

Remuneration

This is a self employed role, with a significant shareholding in the business from day 1.

Earnings on cases will be as follows:-

• 80% on Initial Advice Fees for all cases introduced by you
• 40% on Initial Advice Fees for all cases introduced by a partner firm to you/Oakwood
• 50% of all ongoing advice fees (regardless of initial lead source)
