Independent Financial Adviser - Hull and Surrounding Areas

In this role, you will understand your clients' current and future financial goals and formulate easy-to-understand financial strategies, guiding your clients to financial independence.
This role offers home-based / remote working with access to office locations if preferred. There is an expectation to attend face-to-face client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the Six-Stage Advice Process to build long-term relationships and deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Review and respond to clients' changing needs and financial circumstances, keeping introducers and clients up to date with new financial products or legislative changes affecting their pensions, savings, investments, and financial plans.
- Acquire and develop new business from new/existing clients and professional introducers through personal planning, referrals, and company lead generation.
- Utilise marketing opportunities, including social media and networking, to develop new business.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and introducers through meetings, seminars, and feedback.
- Contact clients to set up meetings in various environments, including virtually via Microsoft Teams.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial situations, analyze information, conduct research, and prepare financial planning reports tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver accurate management information as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent) and maintain CF30 status according to FCA regulations.
- Client-centric approach with a professional and articulate manner, committed to doing right by clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism. Proficient in IT, embracing virtual/digital communication methods.
- Experience in networking and business development, attracting new clients, and building relationships with affinity groups, business owners, entrepreneurs, and retail clients.
