Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA), Slough

Archer Resourcing's Housing team is seeking to recruit an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor in the Slough area.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Ensure support planning is outcome-focused and clients inform the type and level of support they receive.
2. Ensure that support targets have been met.
3. Screen non-crime referrals daily.
4. Support the empowerment of survivors, helping them recognize the dynamics of domestic abuse in their situation and regain control of their lives.
5. Report any problems, difficulties, or complaints to the senior IDVA.
