Qualifications

• Essential numeracy and literacy abilities.
• Strong communication with individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop or improve independent living skills.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to implement individual and group support programmes.
• Promote a safe working and living environment and manage challenging behaviours.
• Ensure medication handling follows policy where required.
