Qualifikationen

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health / Health & Social Care
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health / Health & Social Care
• 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent

Aufgaben

• Actively encourage older people to restore independence and confidence in living at home.
• Maintain care plans documentation to agreed standards.
• Liaise with carers/family to support rehabilitation ethos and independence.
