Job summary

Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking an Income Auditor to support the daily operations of the finance department. The role focuses on auditing revenues posted via the PMS system and producing timely revenue reports for management and head office.

You will ensure accuracy of figures, verify backups for allowances, and maintain strict deadlines for reporting. Proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Excel/Word is preferred to support financial control.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Opera PMS and Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile revenues and statistics posted via PMS; issue daily revenue reports to management.
• Check and ensure backup for all allowances and rebates and ensure departmental approval.
• Ensure the figures produced by the department are accurate, reliable and timely.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports are completed and sent within deadlines to Hotel Management and Corporate Office.
• Ensure that book-outs are accounted for correctly.

Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking a Income Auditor this role includes to Assist To assist in the daily running of the finance department. Ensuring that all M&C procedures and targets are met.

The Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is an impressive 4-star deluxe hotel in the heart of charming Kensington and a minutes' walk to Gloucester Road Underground station, allowing convenient access around London.

Requirements

Income Auditors Key Responsibilities will include:

• To fully audit and reconcile all revenues and statistics posted via PMS and issue daily revenue report to management on a timely basis.
• Check and ensure appropriate backup for all allowances and rebates and ensure departmental approval.
• Ensure that the figures produced by the department are accurate, reliable and timely.
• Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports are completed and sent to Hotel Management and Corporate Office within specified deadlines.
• To ensure book-outs are accounted for correctly.

The Experience & Qualifications for Income Auditor

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of IT system used i.e. Opera PMS, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills
