Job summary

Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking an Income Auditor to support the daily finance operations in our London property. The role focuses on auditing revenues, reconciling shifts and ensuring accuracy of reports used by management.

You will work with Opera PMS and Microsoft Excel/Word, ensuring timely delivery of revenue data and compliance with group procedures. We offer a friendly team, training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Fully audit and reconcile all revenues and statistics posted via PMS and issue daily revenue report to management on a timely basis.
• Check and ensure appropriate backup for all allowances and rebates and ensure departmental approval.
• Ensure that the figures produced by the department is accurate, reliable and timely.
• Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports are completed and sent to Hotel Management and Corporate Office within specified deadlines.
• To ensure book-outs are accounted for correctly.

Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking a Income Auditor this role includes to Assist To assist in the daily running of the finance department. Ensuring that all M&C procedures and targets are met.

About the Hotel

The Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is an impressive 4-star deluxe hotel in the heart of charming Kensington and a minutes' walk to Gloucester Road Underground station, allowing convenient access around London.

The hotel boasts 610 spacious guest rooms and Guests will be spoilt for choice with the array of dining facilities available, including the hugely popular Humphrey's Café & Bar, South West 7 and the Bombay Brasserie.

The hotel is also home to the Millennium Conference Centre which is the perfect place to host your event, with a variety of flexible meeting spaces, including 26 versatile function rooms covering a total of 1,600m2 and the capacity to accommodate up to 600 delegates. The impressive conservatory can cater for up to 300 guests and features palm trees, a piano, exclusive bar area and dance floor.

Income Auditors Key Responsibilities will include:
