Job summary

Allsaintsinfantsnormanton is seeking a temporary SEND Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils at lunchtime from 11.45am to 1.15pm. The role focuses on pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and promotes safe, positive dining and play.

You will work as part of a team, engage in supervised play, encourage good manners, and collaborate with the SENDCO and Senior Leadership Team to implement school policies during lunch.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and flexible, willing to support pupils during lunchtime.
• Good communicator and team player to work with SENDCO and SLT.
• Engage pupils in play and promote safe, positive lunchtime behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEND at lunchtime Monday–Friday 11.45am–1.15pm.
• Assist with eating, table manners and developing life skills.
• Supervise play on the playground and outdoor spaces.
• Work as part of a team and implement school policies during lunch.
