Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Learning Technologist (SEND) to work across Rotherham and Worksop, 37 hours per week, full-time, permanent. You will champion accessibility, lead assistive technology adoption and ensure inclusive digital learning as part of the Digital Innovation & AI department.

Reporting to the Digital Learning Manager, you will transform reasonable adjustments from paperwork into active, empowering digital realities, researching AI-powered tools and guiding staff to embed WCAG

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND learners and assistive technology.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG compliance and digital inclusion best practices.
• Experience in FE/HE or training provision environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on support to SEND learners with personalised digital toolkits.
• Design and deliver training for teaching and support staff on inclusive digital practices.
• Advise on WCAG compliance for digital platforms and resources.
