Job summary

Milk Education are partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Enfield to appoint a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated inclusion team. This role focuses on helping young people build confidence and achieve success in the classroom.

You will work closely with teaching staff to provide personalised support for students requiring additional assistance with their learning and to promote inclusive practice across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or equivalent in a school setting.
• Ability to support students with SEND, ASD, ADHD and SEMH.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom-based support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Support pupils to stay engaged during lessons and build learning strategies.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and resource adaptation.
• Contribute to progress reviews and maintain records as required.
