Job summary

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Progress Coordinator for Inclusive Learning & Vulnerable Learners. The role involves developing and delivering high-quality, cost-effective support to learners with disabilities, medical conditions, sensory impairments, mental health issues, learning difficulties and other vulnerable groups, ensuring access and success.

You will manage referrals, undertake needs and risk assessments, and lead on tailored support programmes across Kingston College, Merton

Qualifications

• Experience delivering support services to learners with disabilities or other vulnerabilities.
• Ability to conduct needs and risk assessments.
• Experience supervising a team of Learning Coaches.
• Knowledge of SEND reforms and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead on development and delivery of inclusive support services for learners with disabilities and other vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate referrals and tailor support packages to individual needs.
• Manage a team of Learning Coaches to ensure high-quality, proactive support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to improve learner outcomes.
