South Thames Colleges Group is seeking an Inclusive Learning Officer on a fixed-term contract from ASAP until 2 July 2027. 36 hours per week over 40 weeks per year, term time only.

• Experience supporting learners with learning difficulties and other support needs in an educational context.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to use initiative, organise and prioritise tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor in-class support for learners with learning difficulties, disabilities and ESOL/English and Maths needs.
• Implement agreed individual programmes of support to help learners achieve qualification aims and develop independence.
• Safeguard learners and promote their well-being in all aspects of learning.
• Deliver staff development and share good practice with colleagues.
