South Thames Colleges Group is seeking an Inclusive Learning Officer to coordinate in-class support for learners with learning difficulties, disabilities and ESOL, English and Maths support needs.

You will implement individual support programmes, help learners achieve qualifications, and promote independence and progression. The role requires safeguarding duties and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, with strong Excel skills and initiative.

Formación

• Proven track record in supporting learners with learning difficulties or other needs.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams.
• Ability to use initiative, organise and prioritise tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor in-class support for learners with learning needs.
• Implement individual support programmes to help learners achieve qualification aims.
• Safeguard learners and promote wellbeing in all aspects of learning.
