Job summary

The Trafford & Stockport College Group is seeking a Learning Facilitator to join the Inclusion Team at one of our campuses in the UK. You will support learners, including those with SEMH needs, enabling them to access education and build independence.

You will work with tutors to differentiate learning, assist with Education Health Care plans, respond to enquiries, and promote continued learner progress across English and Maths where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Learning Support Qualification (or willing to achieve within 2 years) and level 2 Maths and English (or prepared to work towards).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and support learners with varying needs and disabilities to achieve learning objectives.
• Work with tutors to differentiate learning and support delivery of Education Health Care plans.
• Respond to student enquiries and provide guidance on learning opportunities and support systems.
• Collaborate with other areas of the Group to provide a cohesive service to learners.
