Job summary

Apprentify Group is seeking an Inclusion Support professional to champion inclusive learning across apprenticeships in digital, data, AI, cyber and tech. You will assess learner needs, build personalised support plans, and deliver 1:1 or small group interventions to drive progress.

This remote-first role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience supporting learners with barriers, and the ability to thrive in a scale-up environment. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs, differences, disabilities, or challenging behaviours, and reducing barriers to learning and progression.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive learning strategies and interventions.
• Experience within apprenticeships, FE, or education/training environments.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess learners' needs and build personalised support plans.
• Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions to drive progress.
• Work across multiple learners with different needs in a fast-scaling environment.
• Own learner support outcomes end-to-end.
• Balance empathy with structure and outcomes.
