Apprentify Group is seeking an Inclusion Support professional to champion inclusive learning across apprenticeships in digital, data, AI, cyber and tech. You will assess learner needs, build personalised support plans, and deliver 1:1 or small group interventions to drive progress.
This remote-first role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience supporting learners with barriers, and the ability to thrive in a scale-up environment. DBS checks are required.
Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality and people. Across the group we support around 10,000 learners a year and we know that behind every single one of those numbers is a person who might need a bit more than the standard programme to get there.
We need someone ready to champion inclusive learning and ensure every learner, regardless of barriers, has the support they need to succeed.
Location: Remote-first (occasional travel)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start: Immediate or near-term
DBS check required for all candidates
Scope: Supporting learners across apprenticeships in digital, data, AI, cyber and tech
Most of your time is spent working directly with learners, assessing needs, building personalised support plans, and delivering 1:1 or small group interventions that drive real progress.
You’ll be working across multiple learners, needs and priorities in a fast-scaling environment. It moves fast, but the pace here is about depth, not just speed.
We work remote-first. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be expected to own learner support outcomes end-to-end. Apprentify is a scale-up; processes are still being built and things evolve quickly. The people who thrive here see that as an opportunity, not a problem.
You’ll join the Quality team, working closely with coaches, trainers, and delivery teams across the business.
