Job summary

Apprentify Group is seeking a dedicated coach to guide a caseload of data apprentices from day one through End-Point Assessment, identifying where learners are succeeding or stalling and tailoring feedback to push progress.

You'll work with employers and curriculum teams in a remote-first, fast-scaling environment, providing pastoral support, compliance tracking and timely reporting to keep learners on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in data analytics, computer science, statistics/mathematics or equivalent.
• Proven experience coaching, mentoring or developing individuals 1-2-1 in a professional or educational setting.
• Ability to give high-quality, honest, developmental feedback that supports learner progress and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Own a group of apprentices from day one to End-Point Assessment.
• Provide personalised feedback on real workplace evidence and adapt coaching to close gaps.
• Manage interventions, pastoral support, safeguarding, and compliance tracking to keep learners on track.
