Job summary

Northampton Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work closely with classroom teachers, providing directed support and supervision to classes and supporting the co-curricular program. Hours have been adapted to fit the co-curricular schedule.

You will help enable all students to access the curriculum, work to develop independence, and support full inclusion for pupils with SEND. A calm, quiet manner and strong communication are essential.
