Job summary

Graham School is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support inclusion and wellbeing within the SEND area. You will deliver targeted interventions and work closely with pupils, families and colleagues to promote access and equity.

You will join a supportive leadership team and contribute to the wider life of the school while developing through CPD and safeguarding-focused practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver small-group learning and targeted interventions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
• Experience in SEND is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intervention sessions to individuals and small groups.
• Collaborate with SENCO and teaching staff to support pupil wellbeing and inclusion.
