Job summary

Aspire Academy in Hull is seeking an HLTA to support pupil learning in our SEND area. You will deliver small-group interventions, build inclusive practices and contribute to a safe, uplifting classroom.

Working 37 hours per week during term time, you will collaborate with the SENDCo and teaching staff, plan high-quality lessons, and help every pupil flourish. The post is permanent with a supportive leadership team and CPD opportunities.

• Support planning and delivery of high-quality, small-group learning experiences
• Engage with safeguarding and professional development requirements as part of the role
