Job summary

Coventry City Council seeks an Employment Coach to deliver a high-quality, personalised service helping residents move towards good quality employment. You will work one-to-one, liaising with the Employment team to create and maintain employment routes and support people through their journey into work.

You will record accurately to meet contract requirements and help monitor targets, while conducting focused assessments and building action plans for education, training or sustainable

Qualifications

• Able to work across the wider Hub and Spoke sites in Coventry with transport.
• Experience with customers including vulnerable young people or adults with disabilities.
• Understanding of working with adults who have learning difficulties and supporting education/work journeys.
• Ability to liaise with partners to ensure employment opportunities.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, personalised service to help residents move into good quality employment.

• Maintain accurate records to meet contractual requirements and support management to monitor targets.
