Coventry City Council seeks an Employment Coach to deliver a high-quality, personalised service helping residents move towards good quality employment. You will work one-to-one, liaising with the Employment team to create and maintain employment routes and support people through their journey into work.
You will record accurately to meet contract requirements and help monitor targets, while conducting focused assessments and building action plans for education, training or sustainable

As an Employment Coach, you will deliver a first-class service to provide residents a high-quality and personalised service to ensure they receive full support, enabling them to move closer to and into good quality employment. You will have passion to help others by effective employment coaching and supporting people into work.
The role involves:
You will need to be excellent at developing positive working relationships, an effective communicator, able to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds including, disability and mental health and crucially have the skills and ability to listen, understand and identify how you can support each customer in a positive manner.
